I've tried unplugging the unit with no change. When I try to reset online, I get a message saying they are having system problems and to try back later. Any other suggestions?

I'm having the same issue, I unplugged the PVR and now it's not two hours ahead, the time started at 12 noon (so it's almost 5 hours behind), so any chance of recording is gone. I just reauthorized and still have not had the time correct itself. Looks like a call needs to be made.
