This service is currently not available.

so i've been having this problem for a week now some channels (mostly time-shift channels) have this message on it and nothing is showing up... it all started as minor stutters which was tolerable because i would just switch channels and switch back to them and it would work but now nothing is working.  i tried rebooting many times and it still hasn't helped and there are no cable outtages in my area

Have you tried contact Rogers cable tech support to see if a tech can come over and see what the problem can be? Sounds like flaky cables. I would have them check it out and see.
