Im in the uk and have a travel pack. I am receiving texts but they will not send. As per rogers staff i have turned on my data rebooted my phone tried different providers and nothing is working. I have replied and tried using country codes for both uk and Canada. Nothing! And now using my vsluabke data yrying to find a solution and have hust been told half my data is gone
Thank you for joining the Community and posting your concern. I can understand the inconvenience of not able to send the text messages. What type of device are you using? Have you tried the number in the following sequence - "+ (Plus Sign) " "Country Code" "Area Code with Phone Number"?
