TSN 3 4 5 Gone.. .. ..

The TSN 3 4 5 channels have dissappeared from the Guide and TSN 1 2 not working all morning.

The TSN's used to start at CH 494 but the guide has now reverted back to before the channels were introduced.

494 CTVNH

495 BNNHD

496 RDSIH

497 ANMLH

498 SCIHD

499 IDHD

500 HDLTV

etc. etc. etc

What up ????

Just checked my guide and channels and the TSN channels are all listed (494-498) and working. Have you tried re-booting your box?

TSN currently not available...Arrgghh

So I am watching the Wimbledon Final, and TSN suddenly stops in the second set. I switch to TSN5...it works for 30 Seconds...then "currently not available". I played this hot potato for 5 mins then I finally give up.
This is the third time in 10 months that ties has happened to me...I know it is a technical issue with Rogers, but how can I get compensated for the continual seevice interruption?
Any ideas as to why this is happening? How to stop it? Or how to get compensated for the loss of customer service?
