Synch no longer works after upgrade to Version 22.214.171.124 of Desktop
I recently upgraded to Version 126.96.36.199 of Blackberry desktop. Now when I try to synch either using bluetooth or USB cable, Desktop can't connect to my 9900. It thinks my battery is dead or something. I can no longer synch.

If your phone turns on & works, then the battery is not dead. If the phone is not charging on the wall outlet & same for the computer, then it could be something with the phone. Have you tried unistalling Blackberry Desktop manager & re install it to see what is going on?
