Synch no longer works after upgrade to Version 7.1.0.41 of Desktop

I recently upgraded to Version 7.1.0.41 of Blackberry desktop. Now when I try to synch either using bluetooth or USB cable, Desktop can't connect to my 9900. It thinks my battery is dead or something. I can no longer synch.

Hello morlan

If your phone turns on & works, then the battery is not dead. If the phone is not charging on the wall outlet & same for the computer, then it could be something with the phone. Have you tried unistalling Blackberry Desktop manager & re install it to see what is going on?

Meowmix, seems it was as simple as reinstalling Desktop Manager, after all.  Thanks for the quick response and bang-on advice!
