Getting random disconnects on the new Gen2 ignite modem. This was supposed to fix my issues but still getting drops where everything disconnects. This is unacceptable. Below is a simple ping test and you can see the drops. Calls, TV, wifi, wired, work meetings it all drops. @RogersLaura  or someone from Rogers needs to fix this issue been going on for a couple of weeks now.
