Spotify free 2 year period ending

My 2 years of free Spotify is coming to an end next week, if I keep those on the account (currently 2 wireless lines registered with Spotify access) will each account be charged $10/mo?  If so I will likely just cancel it and move to the $15 family plan directly through Spotify.

When my Spotify promotion period ended, my Spotify account just reverted to basic (ie free). They didn't automatically start charging me. I then went on to Spotify and subscribed to Premium with my credit card.
