It may kick back in in a few seconds, or take minutes. Anyone else experience this?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for posting!
I ran a few tests in our testing lab and I couldn't replicate the issue you're experiencing. Have you attempted to give your Set-Top Box a reboot by unplugging the power for 10-15 seconds?
If you've already tried that, we'll need more information to give you a hand on this one.
That should get us started! Has anyone else in the Community experienced this problem?
