this is ridiculous, I get a call from Rogers sahing my ticket was closed but it is still not working. completely useless and false advertising.
Called wireless billing support and problem was solved.
Spotify working flawlessly. Thumbs up.
Having the same issue. Not able to "choose my experience" it wants me to buy.
I recently changed over my plan and it includes a free 2 year spotify subscription. But every time I go to set it up on the Rogers website it just refreshes the page. Please help!

Did you have an existing subscription to Spotify before you signed up for the Share Everything Plus plan as @johnnocanuck suggested?
If so you would need to cancel that subscription first before you can link the Rogers subscription to your Spotify account.
