Setup wifi calling - invalid address

I'm trying to setup wifi calling on my iPhone 6 - after agreeing to terms and conditions it prompts me for a 911 address to use, but after entering it and accepting the recommended address format, I keep getting error that address is invalid. Any suggestions?

They were able to fix it for me by removing the dormant One Number service that had been on my account.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble updating your 911 emergency address. Do you have a standard address or does it include a P.O. Box?

It's a standard address eg 123 Main Street
City, Province postal code
It even formats the postal code for me with as A1A1A1 but then still rejects it

Thank you for confirming that information.

Can you please try temporarily inputting an alternate address such as your work address or the address of a local shop to see if it accepts any of those addresses?

If it prompts you to contact your carrier even with the new address entered, please let us know so we can further assist.
