Service outage Moncton

How to report this?  or findout the status on it?   need my service for work.  full phone internet cable outage.

Unfortunately there isn't a may to report and get a ETA for it unless you call into Rogers. They won't give you a status until they know what is going in and fixing it.

Best way as meowmix said, is to call in to report an outage.

If you do have net access via a smartphone.. you could report it via FB, or twitter as well.. BUT it may not get directly to the people it may need to, right away.

phoning is more direct and imediate way for them to get the info.

Internet's been down for about 30 minutes. I'm on hold with tech and there's a long wait. Anyone outside of southeastern new Brunswick having issues?
