I have an iPhone 4 and ever since I updated it to iOS6, I have major problems with the service. It randomly has no service in areas I used to have service in, or it flucuates between searching, no service or minimal service all the time, even when I am at home or standing outside. I tried putting a new SIM card into it, it made no difference. How can I fix this problem?
Have you tried doing a factory reset? That will wipe the phone clean to the way it was when you got it. Try doing that and see if that works. Also have you tried calling Rogers tech support for them to resend the settings?
