Rogers is taking time to develop the CIQ for the SGS2 LTE. But I think they should provide the ICS without any CIQ in it, even though I know they won't. It’s consuming a lot of power even when the phone is in the idle state. I noticed considerable change when I used SGS2 without any CIQ in it. More over the customers face a lot of privacy issue with this stuff on it and they are not even aware of the fact that even a single click on the phone is logged in the Rogers server(even the information passed through https encrypted websites) which should taken as a serious issue.
