- You can disable the auto-playing feature for MMS messages on your device for your Text Messaging Apps (includes built in text messaging app that came with the device, Google Hangouts or any 3rd party messaging app that you may use to read your MMS messages). To do this:
- Go to App Settings
- Disable ‘Auto-retrieve’ for MMS messages in the Messaging app's settings.
