SHM to linksys

I Plan to Stick Around

Hi All,

I recently had the Rogers SHM installed with the 100u internet (rocket modem).

I want to put the rocket modem into bridge mode and use my linksys router for my wifi needs.  That being said, what change must a make to the SHM small modem that's currently plugged into the rocket modem?

Do i just plug it into the linksys ?

Hello, @Heavyd1981

Thank you for posting your query in the Community. You have guessed it right. Once the Rocket modem is in bridge mode, the ethernet cable from modem goes into the WAN/Internet port of your Linksys router. The SHM box should be plugged into one of the LAN ports of the Linksys router.

Cheers,

RogersMoin
