SAMSUNG GT B531OR

I USED TO BE ABLE TO CONNECT WITH THIS PHONE, I GOT SCARE ONE DAY AND HAVE IT ALL DISCONNECTED. NOW I WANT IT BACK. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS TO GET IT TO WORK AGAIN. AFTER TALKING  TO SOOOO MANY PEOPLE AND ADDING SOMETHING TO MY FORFAIT, IT STILL DOES NOT WORK. I EVEN STOPPED AT A STORE AND HE COULD NOT GET IT TO CONNECT.

 I AM SO FED UP, I AM READY TO THROW IT IN THE GARBAGE WITH ROGERS CONTRACT WITH IT. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS AND, THIS TIME, I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.

 

IF SOMEONE HAVE ANY IDEAS, PLEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASE HELP.

We would like to provide options however I'm not sure what you are having difficulty connecting to.  Are you not able to access the Internet from the device? Not able to make/receive phone calls?
