Rogers phone finder showing phone somewhere else?

The Rogers phone finder is showing phone somewhere else?

The location is about 10 blocks or streets away from where the phone is actually located?

Re: Rogers phone finder showing phone somewhere else?

why don't you try turning on the wifi on your device? that might add precision to its location id

Re: Rogers phone finder showing phone somewhere else?

I tried the maps and it locates my phone perfectly, will enable wifi and see if it locates my phone on rogers phone locator.
Thanks.

Re: Rogers phone finder showing phone somewhere else?

Couldn't find my phone one day, used this service to find it.  What a mistake.  It shows an excited message that it's found my phone and then the map showed it being roughly 10 miles away.  If you use an iPhone, the Apple Phone Finder is 100% more accurate!

Hello momofthree

The Rogers Phone Finder needs to have GPS turned on in order to find it. While it's not the most accurate way to find your phone, I wonder why Rogers hasn't fixed the issues they are having with it.
