Rogers on Demand, Channel 100, will not load. It says, "not available at this time". Why? Anyone having the same problem or know of a solution?
Called for re-authorization: nothing
called back and spoke with tech - rebooted for the 3rd time: nothing
gave up and tried to watch "Shaun of the Dead" on IFC. Started off fine, but then screen went blank and said it was "not available at this time"
I gave up trying to watch tv. Over $100/month seems wasted. 😞
Next day - I just checked. It's working now. Tech said he would put in a request to fix it remotely. I guess it worked. But I don't want to watch tv now. Let's see if it works tonight.
