Rogers On Demand and other interactive programming

I have been having problems using any of the ROD channels and no one can seem to find out why.

 

Last summer I had new lines put in and just this month got a new box.

 

Does anyone have any idea why I would be running into these issues?

Assuming with the new lines they checked the signals? That would usually be the first things usually.

What exactly is happening? Won't even load the channel? Or just not the movies/shows?

I am guessing you have rebooted it already.?

Do you rent or buy the box?

I have an old 8300HD PVR and never have trouble with On Demand, specifically channel 309. I realize there are lots of other On Demand channels, though, so my experience may not help. As Gdkitty already said, it would be useful if you provided more information. Your comment is too general.
