Rogers NHL GameCentre LIVE™ Known Issues

Hope everyone is excited for the upcoming Hockey Season !

 

We wanted to make you guys aware of an issue you may experience when registering for Rogers NHLGameCentre LIVE™

 

  1. When you have a free subscription to Rogers NHL GameCentre LIVE 2015-16  and complete your eligibility check on gamecentrelive.rogers.com and accept the Terms and Conditions you may have received a message at the last step indicating “We need you to correct or provide more information. Please see each marked field, denoted in bolded red.” Despite the message, if you accepted the Terms and Conditions your registration was successful.
    STATUS: RESOLVED

 

2. Customers who have purchased the NHL Out-of-Market French Package on Rogers NHL GameCentre LIVE may receive a message asking them to upgrade after login.   The French package only includes certain games and upon accessing the video player, it may be defaulting to a game that is not included in the package therefore prompting this message.  We are working on an improved user experience and want to ensure customers  the games that are included in the package are certainly accessible.
