Hi I started using The Extreme Texting feature to Copy all my text to email, and up to about a week ago it was working great, but now it only catches about 20% of the texts I send and receive, actually it catches almost no texts that I send and only some received ones... Is there any solution or quick fix for this? is it a known issue? Is there anyway that I could have somehow disabled it for some of my contacts by mistake?
Any help would be great.
There is another thread in here where someone is having similar issues. The response from Rogers was to call tech support as they may have an issue on their side.

Any resolution yet? I've done troubleshooting 5 times and no one at Rogers can assist.

I noticed a few limitations with the copy feature:
1. texts longer than 155 characters get broken into multiple emails
2. texts from Bell Mobility don't seem to get emailed (copied)
3. texts with attachments don't get emailed (copied)
I wonder if anyone can verify these are known limitations.
I am now only getting ??? in my email with the copies. Called Rogers and they said it was not their problem but Outlook. And since today I can also not read my IPAD any more. No use calling Rogers they will now say it is a Apple problem.
They said it had something to do with my Outlook settings but could not tell me what.

Any reason why you don't call or look at Apple's forums? It could be an Apple issue... and they're usually good at fixing stuff (their techs know what they're talking about).
