Worked for a little bit but now I get a general error that it cannot connect to the remote service. There is no way it was going to work without a glitch.
Great! Now I'm getting a message that my login or password don't match their records. I was already logged in earlier (before the error messages) and had "remember me" checked. Maybe rogers changed their records. Always some dysfunction with Rogers.
Now finally connected for a little bit and now i get ACCESS ERROR: The service timed out. Typical Rogers. Good idea, shoddy execution.
The guide starts at channel 2 ....is there a quick way to jump channel 554?
I get the General Error message as well.
Tried the Remote TV manager(web) from My Rogers account today as weel. Have never seen that work either (does it?). Just get the user friendly

If you don't like an error message, wait 5 seconds and they are sure to offer up something new!
EXTEMELY buggy code all around: website, cable boxes, mobile app.
Seems they work on bugs live without testing offline.
At least changing channels on their digital boxes still works. Thats something!
I just updated the app and have not been able to log in. It's giving me a general error of unable to reach the remote service 804 error.
Is anyone getting this error?
I tried the other app, Rogers Anyplace TV a few times as well. Look promising but the resolution was so dismal it wasn't worth watching. Worst than watching a 10 year old low rez, over compressed Youtube video.
