I've Been Here Awhile

I've had Rogers ISP for about 2-3 years and my ingame ping for games had always been fail and terrible. About 1-2 weeks ago I upgraded my internet deal wioth Rogers thinking it may fix the problem. But, it didn't why the hell do I still lagg. I'm sick and tired of this. If I dont get support with this bs i will Stop my internet contract with Rogers, and also my home phone contract.

And i seriously mean terrible ping my ping is inbetween 250-2800, and yes 2800. That's how terrible.

@rogersreggie does this ppm include a link to the thread  above this one with the 100's of unsatified gamers  that deal with rogers or is there an actual fix for this?
