I assume because after a certain date, say one year or so, the bills are no longer available online. The $15 per bill charge sounds like a money grab, much like the Liberal government in Ontario.

$15 is way too much.. it should be $3 or so ish, max.. IMHO

 

I can understand it takes a little more work, as if they are not archived, etc anymore, that it needs to be 're-created' (or pulled from a backup at the time that it would have been available?)

I agree wholeheatedly. Rogers should not be making such a huge profit from this service.  A competent employee should have such a task completed and the information printed and mailed in under 10 minutes. I don't know what Rogers clerical staff are paid, but I'm sure it's closer to $15/hour than $90/hour.
