Requested response from Rogers on Survey

Good afternoon I had made a recent inquiry with a customer care representative and provided feedback through your survey. I had requested a response back. Thus far I have not received one. Could I have the appropriate party respond back after reviewing my feedback please?

When did you complete the survey? Was this a survey that was email to you?

Just an update,

 

I received a follow up call from one of your representatives and was able to resolve the issue I was having.  Thank you for your attention to this matter, and it has been a pleasure using Rogers.
