Just bought a Philips soundbar CSS2123B. No code seems to work with my Roger's remote. The links on the Roger's web site are no use.
Any help or advice would be welcome. If I cannot use the Roger's remote to control the soundbar, the device is not much use.
Go there, click one of the remotes (probably 1 or 2) and see if they have it.
If they do, it'll be under "Audio" or "Aux" devices.
The best bet, is to go out, and b uy a Logitech Harmony remote, as the ones Rogers sends, are "Factory broken", to not function to their fullest potential.
I have worked my way though all the possibilities on the ezremote page, without luck. Perhaps it is time to change my remote. There is, however, a possibility the Philips (the soundbar manufacturer) is just being stubborn in linking it's remote technologies to others.
