Why doesn't it let me register my account number I have tried a - after the first 3 numbers I have tried putting the s in front of the account # no luck both times does any one have any ideas other than the online tech support no help there

Are you trying to register for MyRogers on rogers.com? If so try at a different time of day. The servers can't seem to keep up with the load and you won't be able to register properly during those times.
