Refusing to give the same plan even after confirmation

I have a concern regarding a Rogers service. I am completely unsatisfied with the kind of service I received in past couple of days I almost lost my trust on Rogers. They offered me a plan and I confirmed it thrice and after doing so they are simply denying to give me the same plan. I just dont know what to do!!

messages will show up as a little number beside the evnelope in the top right corner (in case you dont get a notification)

Hello Khuwaja

On the top right corner you will see a little envelope ✉ after "Help". You should see "1" on it.. Click on that and u will see the message from them.


If u never got a message, go the Mods profile and u can send them a direct PM.

Hello Khuwaja

Give it time, if they are looking into finding a solution, then be patient. If not then contact Rogers via phone and see what they can do.

Actually I have talked already with them on phone. Same reply I got here. Now they are forwarding my information to the office of the president to review my case. My question is this why they are breaking the promise.!!! This time I am very disoppointed from them.
