Recording jumps to end

I have had a few recordings that show they recorded 1 hour and 1 minute or 3 hours and 1 minute. When I playback it plays for less than a minute and freezes and then jumps to the end as if I watched to the end.

Thank you for your post and Welcome to the Forums. Sorry to hear about the problems you have been experiencing with your recordings. 

Have you tried rebooting your Personal Video Recorder?

It is normally the first step to take for troubleshooting.

How often has this issue been happening? What type of digital box are you using?

Community, is anyone able to help @nelsonbl63  with the issue described above ?

4 times in the last month. I have the Net box 3.0. Yes I have rebooted several times.

That's a very odd error. Is it happening on the same program repeatedly?

No, not the same program. It happened on a one time recording and also on regular series recordings.

Are you able to delete the recordings in question? Would you be able to schedule the same program again and let us know if you have the same error?
