Problems with Rogers Switching channels

Last night  Sept 29, The Good Wife on CBS 523  started late about 9:15, at 10:00 all of a sudden the channel changed to CTV.

Rogers need to monitor of a late start on a show and then start CTV later. This is not fair to the people that were watching the 9:00 show.

Rogers has little to no control over this process, known as 'simsubbing'

 

Rogers has to follow CRTC regulations, plain and simple.

I watch The Good Wife (on SD) and had no problems. I have it set to record on CBS but it aleays switches to Ch 11 Hamilton seamlessly.
