Problems with On Demand programs

When I go to Rogers on Demand, no programs are listed. I have to reboot before they show up. Why is this?

Which box do you have?

Rod requires a good signal as it handles two way communications (not just pulling say a tv feed

On Demand works great for me every time on a Nextbox 3. Maybe it depends on which ROD service you're talking about, though. I exclusively use the one on channel 309.
