Problem with my Top-Up?

Yesterday I bought a $30 top up voucher and added it to my account, it said my new balance was 39.85 because money from November was transferred over to this month. THEN when I checked again today, it said my balance was 9.10 and expired on January 1st? Where did my $30 go? I'm pretty upset lol

I know the cards have a number to call, not sure if the vouchers do or not. They would have to be the one to call re it.

You will need to contact our prepaid department by dialing the direct number 1-800-575-9090, or dial 1-888-Rogers1 (1-888-764-3771, or *611 from your phone and have them transfer you through to a prepaid agent.
