I've had an open ticket for over 3 weeks regarding not being able to get into my account. Absolutely nothing has happened and I have not been updated by anyone without asking. I have inquired a couple of times through Community Helps and they simply say it has been escalated each time with no specifics.Smiley Mad

When you have to reboot the box because you lose all control of it about once a week, it really makes you ponder cord cutting/ switching to the competition.  Of course, this is primarily since Navigatr was forced on us.  The same box worked much better before the Navighatr disaster.
