Paying a cancelled reservation fee

I had reserved a device. While waiting for the reservation, my billing cycle ended and I was charged the $40 fee. I since cancelled the reservation, but the reservation fee is still on my bill. What should I do? Should I pay the full amount of the bill or should I ignore the $40 and just pay what I usually do (I had no other extra charges this month)?

Re: Paying a cancelled reservation fee

Hello Entegy

Yes you should. The next invoice will have the $40 fee credit which will lower your next months bill by $40.

I would contact Rogers & speak to customer service or customer care about this & see what they say. Its best to do this.

Hi Entegy,

It may take another bill cycle for the reservation fee to be refunded.

So should I pay the full bill?
