Pay as You go website ....

Have been trying to change the pay as you go plan for over a month ...the website does not work, and despite reporting to Rogers, it is still not working .......the site is managed by **bleep** who do not even know that their site is not operational !!!

Why not call them up and change it over the phone? its probaly a lot faster?
