Pathetic Customer Support

I've Been Around

My son got a note saying he was over his 2500 text messages.  Went online to check usage and the messaging usage bar was red and

included:0

Sent:0

Overage:0

Usage details was not available.

 

Seemed strange since included should be 2500, sent 2500 and overage 0.  I called the support number and was told that when the allocation is reached everything is turned back to 0.  This makes no sense whatsoever and there is no explanation on the web site.  I spoke to a supervisor (Janette) who could not help explain because the telephone support knows nothing about the web site -she said try the online chat and they could help me.  When I tried that the chat never connected for technical or general inquiries.

I beleive it pulls from the same info.. but i am not 100% positive on it.
