PVR List Button Not Working

Hi, a few days ago, I used the multiple selection button to delete several shows at one time. I exited from the List and watched another show. All of the buttons are functioning with the exception of List. Also when trying to access through the Settings, I am unable to move left or right on the screen. The CBL button is lit and working. Any suggestions?

Rebooting is usually the first suggestion.

Nextbox, remote control, list function not working:

The pop up to select my recordings does not show, when I press the "list" button. Anyway to get it to function again?

Usually trouble shooting steps.
Reboot the box, incase its on the box end.

Swap the batteries in the remote.

If you are doing in a DARK room, try with the lights on. (can go into more with this, if this is the issue)

If you have another rogers box, grab the remote from it, for the rogers box portion, they are universal, and will work on the other box.. so see if that remote works to bring it up.
(if it does, may be a dud remote then... which you can take to any rogers store to swap)
