Outage??

I'm in Cochrane AB and currently I have no service. Is there an outage?

Hello jfillinger

Have you tried asking around where you live if anyone else with Rogers has no service? Also if you live close to a Rogers store, try going there & asking. If you are at home or know someone with another cellphone provider or home phone, try calling Rogers & seeing.

There is no way for anyone online to see if there is a outrage or not unless others posts the same. Sadly there is no page to report this or know if there is one.

Thaks Meowmix. My coworker also has no service so it looks suspicious. I guess I can call customer service.

Hello jfillinger

You are welcome!. Hmm then i guess it could be a outrage. Try calling customer service & see what is going on. That is the only way to find out unless you post on Rogers Facebook page but they may take a while to reply.
