Out in ottawa west (Greenbank/Banner) since 9:40am. No home phone (voip), 888-rogers1 constantly busy so no updates (even a recorded update like Hydro Ottawa does would help). Now I'm paying wireless data to tether and cell phone for calls so I can work? Things break I know, but keep your customers in the loop. Thanks Rogers! </sarcasm>
Also on Greenbank/Banner and no connection. Would be nice to get this fixed sooner rather than later as I intended to work at home today..
They have responded on here, and FB, that there is a confirmed outage.. I do agree about the message on the phone system (they HAVE had those in the past.. not sure why not anything yet this time).
Other than the ottawa outage.. it looks like everything north of richmond hill, whatever iss off the main feed that feeds north of there for the major cities, etc.. is effected.
