Hi
I'm in Ottawa using the Nexbox and am having problems with one channel only.
185 MSNBC is macroblocking ( a term I just learnt an hour ago ... i used to call it pixilating) . What makes it worse is that the sound is distorted (or off) during the glitch.
This only happens when the camera moves quickly and or when there is a lot of action on the screen.
Is there anything I can do ?
I am quite happy with the rest of my service so I don't really want Rogers messing up the whole thing.
(the horror stories I read are chilling).
Thanks for any advice.
S

Any luck with the channel? Were you able to contact our tech support?

No ... no luck with channel ( 185) .
I have even tried switching my tv ratio from "set-by-channel'' to ''Just scan''
Neither seems to help.
Does Bell offer MSNBC ?

Yes MSNBC is offered by bell and other providers not just Rogers. With rogers it takes forever to get something fixed, you are going to wait till the cows come home...

Well.... its happening again .
ONLY channel 185 (MSNBC) is macroblocking ..... when it gets really bad I just get a black screen.
Sometimes it will say ''service not currently available'' .
600 channels and the one I watch the most gets messed up.
If it wasn't so annoying it would be funny.
