I ordered from Rogers.com a Moto Style Shell Crimson Ballistic Nylon Fabric on October 23 and when I seek an update on the order status I'm told there is no record in the system for it. I received the confirmation email and number and the charges but now no one can find it. Earlier in the week I was told it would ship by Wednesday now I'm told there is no history for it. What are my options since apparently no one can find it or offer any help online or by telephone?
