Can anyone tell me if they have had this problem or know what is wrong..after numerous calls to tech support nobody seems to know what the issue is. This is what comes up when I hit play on an on demand show:

I did not add the numbers listed for each ID. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
It is the netbox dcx3400 - m. I have two other regular boxes in two other rooms and on demand is working on those regular digital boxes.
Not too familiar with the Atlantic Boxes, but the error message seems to indicate the box is looking for CableCard information.....except I don't think Rogers Atlantic uses CableCard.
I would see if I can swap the box for a new one, which should be easy if the box is a rental.
