Company emails are not coming through on Samsung S3 as intended. Sometimes 2-3 days before a message will appear.
Sync settings = Push
Size Retrieval = 10 kb
Using Microsoft Active Sync. Able to authenticate and send messages. As mentioned, the emails are not pushing down to phone as they arrive in O365 exchange server.
Tested email account on my phone in the US with Sprint as service provider. No problems.
Issue seems specific to physical phone or Rogers as service provider.
Has anyone else had this problem and/or suggest a resolution??
Is any member able to assist @BillR with their issue?
