Can you tell me where you purchased your 1520? Is it RM37 or 38?
Thanks!

OmegaCell as the RM-938 in stock.
I bought the RM-937 from them without any issues.

Hey folks I just got a 1520 RM-937 from an ebay store down in Texas (originally from Hong Kong I think) and I'm loving it. However regardless of how many times I restart or re-enter my APN settings (as given to me by Rogers) I still can't get LTE. Any idea what's wrong?

it depends what regional rom is installed on the phone. If its a hong kong variant it will only display 4G when picking up the 2600 band, if it has a Malaysan or finish rom it will display LTE, but both are actually the same, they are both picking up the 2600 band and you will get the same speed regardless if its showing 4G or LTE

I figured as much however I'm only getting H+ max. I haven't hit 4g or LTE yet which is my issue.

RM-937 is the international version which to the rest of the world LTE is a technology within 4G.
That being said, make sure:
1. You have an LTE SIM card
2. On your phone, under Settings -> cellular+SIM -> SIM settings -> Highest connection speed: 4G
