Nokia 520 prepaid phone gives incorrect insufficient balance message
I have had a Nokia 520 prepaid for a few weeks and every few days it refuses to answer or make calls because it thinks I have no balance in my account. The Rogers website shows my correct balance. I have made a number of calls to the support line and taken the phone twice to a Rogers store to demonstrate the issue but cannot get it fixed. They changed the SIM card, "corrected the IMEI number" but nothing helps.
I wanted to try the Windows phone because of the good reviews but the fact that I cannot rely on it being able to answer calls makes it a totally unsatisfactory option.

My 520s are doing exactly the same thing. had them for about a month now. theyll only work if I shut off and turn back on. Rogers doesnt think its a problem with the network. Hopefuly someone on here has some suggestions..
