I get the
"There are no accounts registered with your online profile. Please add your Rogers account(s) to your online profile in order to perform this activity.If you have already added your account to your online profile, and believe you have received this message in error, please e-mail or contact us through Chat Now."
error, however when I go to register I get
"The Pay As You Go wireless number entered is already associated with another profile."
I used the same email to set up my phone. Help is appreciated 🙂
Your registration info is still there. When work is being done, sometimes Roger's servers develop amnesia, but it usually clears itself up in a short time.
If it continues longer than 24 hours, you should contact them.
