Both picture and sound unwatchable since April 12 even after many phone calls to Rogers. Four houses nearby have the same problems with no success in restoring service. I am beginning to think that Rogers has no solution. It would be nice to have confidence that thins will be better shortly.
Unfortunately this is a User to user forum. Rogers cable technicians do not come and comment on here
Have you asked when calling Rogers for them to make a appointment for a technician to come by and see what's going on? It could be a cable box outside or cables causing this in the block. Also i would suggest when contacting Rogers cable repair, let them know about others having this issue.
