IPG hasn't been updated since Friday at 8pm.
Is this a known issue?
Already tried to reboot and didn't work.
Although there is an active thread regarding missing program descriptions when using the interactive program guide for PVR, I have the same problem with a non-PVR product. Using the guide and Info button on the remote displays a message indicating that no program informtion is available. This has been ongoing for the last couple days.
As such, a separate thread may be in order. Also, in case the problem is area specific, I live in Ottawa. Product type below.
Yup, did that yesterday to no avail but I'll give it another shot. Rebooting using the Interactive screen instead of unplugging and replugging power. Don't know if that will make a difference but worth a try.
