No 3G service

Anyone else having issues of no service this morning?  My 3G symbol and arrows have mobile network state shows as disconnected.  Had this happen about a month ago and Rogers tech had me turn off the phone, then restart, go into flight mode, and out of flight mode, disconnect the packet data and reconnect, go through all of the APN settings...then it just started working again on its own.  I've done all of these things today and nothing.  Any ideas? (the phone is a samsung galaxy Q)

Is everything working now, not sure if you have contacted our tech support team as of yet?
